Shipping policy

US Shipping

 

-Our processing time on standard orders is 24 hours. Processing time for a customized order is 1-2 business days.

-Our Items Ship USPS and UPS.

-Orders cutoff time is 9:00 PM (any orders placed after 9:00 PM will be shipped the following business day).

 

Shipping

- UH-OH! ENTERED IN WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT - Contact us within 1 -2 hours of purchasing your item so we can update your address. Once the order is shipped out we cannot change this, therefore you will be responsible for repurchasing another item with the correct address.

- SHIPPED TO UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

-LOST IN TRANSIT- If your item is lost in transit we will send another free of charge.

- ITEM STATES DELIVERED BUT DIDN'T GET IT? - We are not responsible for items that state "delivered" and are nowhere to be found. We are not responsible for items that are stolen upon delivery. You will have to repurchase.

- TRACKING - You will be sent an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped! Follow the link we provide to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
